TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

SMS Terms and Conditions
Program Description and Types of Messages:
Upon opting in to the Break Point SMS program, you agree to receive recurring SMS (text) messages to the phone number you provided. The SMS messages may include, but are not limited to, the following types of communications:
- Customer Support and Inquiries: Responses to your questions or concerns about our products, services, or store locations.
- Promotional and Marketing Content: Exclusive promotions, special offers, discounts, and other marketing-related content to keep you updated on the latest deals and opportunities from Break Point.
- New Store Announcements: Notifications regarding the opening of new Break Point store locations in your area or nearby cities.
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with the service. Standard message and data rates may apply. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages; however, opting in is not required for any purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
