WHAT IS A BREAK ROOM?
A break room (or rage room) is a controlled environment in which participants can safely break items for entertainment or stress relief.
WHAT CAN I BREAK?
Our break packages include common household items like glassware, dishes, and electronics. Specialty items like car windshields, copy machines, TV’s and more.Â
WHAT BREAK TOOLS DO I USE?
We provide you with various tools and implements for breaking, including crowbars, baseball bats, mallets, golf clubs, and sledgehammers.
IS THIS SAFE?
Safety is our #1 priority. We provide all necessary safety gear including goggles, face shields, gloves, and jumpsuits.

We are located at. 1 Galleria Dr Middletown, NY 10941. Our days and hours of operation are MON – SAT 11:00 AM to 8:00PM and SUN. 11:00AM to 6:00PM
Do you take walk ins?
Yes, we take walk-ins during normal business hours, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm walk-in rules and availability.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Make sure you are wearing closed-toed front and back NO CROCS, UGGS SLIPPERS, SLIDES, FLIPFLOP O HEELS absolutely are not allowed. Boots and jeans are recommended but not required. Jumpsuits are provided. Otherwise, just bring your smile and an appetite for destruction!
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKING?
Please have all members of your party arrive promptly for your scheduled booking time. At least 15 minutes before youir session to allow participants time to check-in, sign waivers and put on their gear.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR SMASH ROOMS?
You must be 18+ to participate. Youths/minors can participate with the consent oof their parent or legal guardian who MUST be present in the rooms for no additional fee.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER? IS IT AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Each participating adult must sign a release before participating. Each participating youth/minor must have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian. Our waiver form is available online. If you book online, there will be a link to the waiver form in the confirmation email sent to you after booking. You can also complete the waiver when at the time of check-in.
FOR A GROUP PACKAGE, ARE THE ITEMS SHARED OR PER PERSON?
Unless otherwise noted, all items listed under our packages are per person. Your rage room will be prepared with a separate package for each participant.
DO YOU HAVE WI-FI? CAN I PLAY MUSIC?
Yes and yes! We have free Wi-Fi, and each rafe room is equipped with speakers and iPhone/Android devices so you can play your own music at no extra cost!
CAN I BRING MY OWN SH_T TO BREAK?
Yes, we have a B.Y.O.S. (Bring Your Own SH_T) package. All items most be approved by us upon arrival. The following items are prohibited:
- Pressurized cans
- Light bulbs
- Heating or cooling mechanisms
- Anything poisonous or toxic
- CRT monitors or old tube TV’s
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS TO BREAK?
You may request specific items you wish to break during the booking process or when you arrive. We will do our best to provide these items based on our inventory, but we can’t make any guarantees.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS DURING MY SESSION?
Of course! We allow you to take unlimited pictures/videos with your mobile device. We’d love if you tag us on anything you post to social media! We also have cameras installed in each room, so if you’d rather focus on smashing and leave the recording to us, you can purchase a video of your session either at the time of booking or when you’re done.
We also offer the go pro on the helmet for additional cost
CAN I DRINK AND BREAK?
Not with this kind of smashing, unfortunately. We reserve the right to deny service to any person we suspect to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I'M PREGNANT?
Our safety guidelines do not permit pregnant women to participate.
DO YOU OFFER PACKAGES FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES, LARGE GROUPS, AND CORPORATE EVENTS?

Do you offer gift cards?
We certainly do! Gift cards can be bought either online or in-store.

How do I redeem gift cards?
Each gift card are only redeemable in person, This can used at our location when you check-in.
You can also reserve with your gift card by email.
Depending on our availability, we can accept gift cards as a walk-in booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled reservation and cannot provide the required 24-hour notice, you may reschedule for a different date and time or place your reservation on hold for future use.
