WHAT IS A BREAK ROOM?
A break room (or rage room) is a controlled environment in which participants can safely break items for entertainment or stress relief.
WHAT CAN I BREAK?
Our break packages include common household items like glassware, dishes, and electronics. Specialty items like car windshields and office copy machines are also available. You can even smash a used car!
WHAT BREAK TOOLS DO I USE?
We provide you with various tools and implements for breaking, including crowbars, baseball bats, golf clubs, and sledgehammers.
IS THIS SAFE?
Safety is our #1 priority. We provide all necessary safety gear including goggles, face shields, gloves, and jumpsuits. Participants must also watch a brief safety video before getting started.

Do you take walk ins?
Yes, we take walk-ins during normal business hours, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm walk-in rules and availability.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Make sure you are wearing closed-toed shoes. Boots and jeans are recommended but not required. Jumpsuits are available for a nominal fee. Otherwise, just bring your smile and an appetite for destruction!
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKING?
Please have all members of your party arrive promptly for your scheduled booking time. We buffer 10 minutes into each session to allow participants time to check-in, sign waivers, watch the safety video, and put on their gear.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR SMASH ROOMS?
You must be 18+ to participate. Youths/minors age 8+ can participate with the consent of a parent of legal guardian.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER? IS IT AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Each participating adult must sign a release before participating. Each participating youth/minor must have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian. Our waiver form is available online. If you book online, there will be a link to the waiver form in the confirmation email sent to you after booking. You can also complete the waiver when at the time of check-in using one of our kiosks.
FOR A GROUP PACKAGE, ARE THE ITEMS SHARED OR PER PERSON?
Unless otherwise noted, all items listed under each smash package are per person. Your smash room will be prepared with a separate package for each participant.
DO YOU HAVE WI-FI? CAN I PLAY MUSIC?
Yes and yes! We have free Wi-Fi, and each smash room is equipped with speakers and auxiliary hookups for iPhone/Android devices so you can play your own smash soundtrack at no extra cost!
CAN I BRING MY OWN STUFF TO BREAK?
Yes, we have a B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Box) package. All items most be approved by us upon arrival. The following items are prohibited:
- Pressurized cans
- Light bulbs
- Heating or cooling mechanisms
- Anything poisonous or toxic
- CRT monitors or televisions
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS TO BREAK?
You may request specific items you wish to smash during the booking process or when you arrive. We will do our best to provide these items based on our inventory, but we can’t make any guarantees.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS DURING MY SESSION?
Of course! We allow you to take unlimited pictures/videos with your mobile device. We’d love if you tag us on anything you post to social media! We also have cameras installed in each room, so if you’d rather focus on smashing and leave the recording to us, you can purchase a video of your session either at the time of booking or when you’re done.
CAN I DRINK AND BREAK?
Not with this kind of smashing, unfortunately. We reserve the right to deny service to any person we suspect to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I'M PREGNANT?
Our safety guidelines do not permit pregnant women to participate.

Do you offer gift cards?
How do I redeem gift cards?
Each gift card, either electronic or physical, has a unique code along with it. This code is used at our location when you check-in.
You can also reserve with your gift card over the phone or by email.
Depending on our availability, we can accept gift cards as a walk-in booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled reservation and cannot provide the required 24-hour notice, you may reschedule for a different date and time or place your reservation on hold for future use.
